Account Registration

Eligibility and age verification

  • Age and location You may only open and use an Account on dreampalace.bet for Dream Palace if you are at least 18 years old, physically located in Great Britain (England, Scotland or Wales) and legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction. The Operator carries out age and identity checks and may suspend or close any Account where it cannot verify eligibility.
  • Self-exclusion and restrictions You must not open or use an Account if you are registered with GAMSTOP, self-excluded with any ProgressPlay Limited brand, or subject to any other gambling restriction or prohibition. The Operator will take reasonable steps to identify and prevent self-excluded individuals from gambling but you must also take responsibility for providing accurate information and not attempting to bypass any exclusion.

Account creation process

  • Registration data To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form on dreampalace.bet, providing accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and other requested details. You must confirm your acceptance of these Terms and any applicable policies, including those referenced at https://dreampalacecasino.com/terms-and-conditions/ as updated for Dream Palace.
  • Email verification The Operator may require you to verify your email address by clicking on a confirmation link sent to you. Until verification is completed, you may be unable to access some or all of the Services or to withdraw funds.

KYC, affordability and source-of-funds

  • Verification documents As part of KYC and AML obligations, and in line with UKGC guidance as at 2025, the Operator may request documents such as a copy of your passport or ID card, proof of address (for example, a utility bill or bank statement), proof of ownership of payment methods and evidence of source of funds or wealth. You must provide genuine, up-to-date documents promptly upon request, and you consent to checks with third-party verification providers.
  • Account restrictions Until verification is satisfactorily completed, the Operator may suspend deposits, restrict wagering, withhold bonuses and/or prevent withdrawals. If you fail to provide required information, or if the Operator reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, underage gambling or other breach of these Terms, it may suspend or close your Account and, where legally required, withhold or return funds and report its concerns to relevant authorities.

User responsibilities

  • Accuracy and updating of data You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and thereafter is truthful, accurate and kept up to date. If your circumstances change (for example, address, name, payment method or self-exclusion status), you must update your details or notify customer support without delay.
  • Account security You must keep your login credentials (username, password, security questions and any two-factor authentication) confidential and not share them with any third party. You remain responsible for all activity conducted through your Account unless and until you have notified the Operator of suspected unauthorised access and the Operator has had reasonable time to act. The Operator may require you to change your password periodically for security reasons.
  • Single personal account You may hold only one Account for Dream Palace on dreampalace.bet. Multiple registrations, using false identities or impersonating others are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all related Accounts, cancellation of bets, forfeiture of bonuses and reporting to relevant authorities.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing bets and game participation

  • Acceptance of bets Bets are only accepted when placed through your Account on the Website and confirmed by the Operator's servers. A bet is deemed placed and valid when it appears in your betting or game history on the Website. All times are based on the Operator's server time, not on your device clock, and you are responsible for ensuring that you submit bets in sufficient time before game closure.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes Each Game has its own minimum and maximum stake, as displayed on-screen within the Game or in its rules. The Operator may adjust stake limits, introduce per-player limits or apply responsible gambling limits across the Website at any time, including bespoke limits based on affordability and safer gambling considerations.

Game rules, errors and malfunctions

  • Game-specific rules The outcome and rules of each Game are determined by the specific game rules, paytables and random number generator (RNG) provided by the relevant software supplier. By participating in a Game, you agree to be bound by those rules, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between display information and the game rules, the game rules will prevail.
  • Errors and malfunctions If, due to a technical or human error, malfunction, misconfiguration, mispricing, interrupted communication or other fault, a Game or bet is not executed as intended, the Operator may void affected bets, roll back game rounds, remove wrongly credited winnings, or restore your balance to its state immediately before the error. In such circumstances, the Operator's records will be final and binding, subject to any review by the UKGC or an ADR Provider.

Cancellation and modification of bets

  • Your cancellation rights Once a bet has been confirmed by the Operator's systems and the relevant game round or event has started, you will generally not be entitled to cancel or change the bet. Certain Games may allow cash-out or similar features; where available, the applicable rules and values are determined by the Game and may be withdrawn or adjusted at any time.
  • Operator adjustments The Operator reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel bets where it reasonably believes that a bet has been placed in breach of these Terms, as part of collusion or fraud, via the use of bots or automated systems, in connection with a bonus abuse scheme, or where a palpable error has occurred. Any such decisions will be taken fairly and, where required, explained to you upon request.

Conduct, fairness and chat rules

  • Fair use of the Services You agree not to use any system, software, device, algorithm or technique (including bots, scripts, AI-assisted play or advantage play methods) which seeks to manipulate the Games, interfere with the RNG, exploit bugs, or otherwise provide an unfair advantage. Collusion with other players, chip-dumping and any coordinated betting intended to circumvent rules or wagering requirements are strictly prohibited.
  • Live casino and chat behaviour Where live casino or chat functionality is available, you must treat dealers, staff and other players with respect. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, defamatory, harassing or otherwise inappropriate language or behaviour is not permitted. The Operator may monitor chats, remove content, mute or exclude you from chat and/or suspend or close your Account where such rules are breached, and may report serious incidents to relevant authorities.

Bonus Terms

General promotional framework

  • Separate bonus policy Bonuses and Promotions for Dream Palace are further described in the bonus policy page currently hosted at https://dreampalacecasino.com/bonus-policy/, which is incorporated by reference for players using Dream Palace via dreampalace.bet, to the extent consistent with these Terms and any localised UK information. In the event of any conflict between that policy and these Terms for players in Great Britain, these Terms will prevail.
  • Eligibility and transparency All Promotions are intended for recreational players and may be targeted based on your profile, activity, responsible gambling status and regulatory requirements. Each Promotion will specify its key terms, including qualifying deposit or stake, wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions and any cap on convertible winnings, in a clear and transparent manner consistent with UK advertising and consumer protection standards as at 2025.

Activation, wagering and expiry

  • Bonus activation A Bonus may be activated automatically (for example, a welcome offer) or when you opt in through the cashier, promotions page or by entering a bonus code. The conditions for activation, including minimum deposit amounts and any requirement to select a specific offer, will be stated in the relevant promotional terms.
  • Wagering requirements Unless stated otherwise, bonus money and any associated winnings may not be withdrawn until the specified Wagering Requirement has been met within the stated timeframe. The contribution of different Games towards wagering will be explained in the promotional terms; for example, some slots may contribute 100%, while table games or live casino may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely.
  • Time limits and expiry Bonuses and free spins are subject to time limits which will be specified in the relevant Promotion (for example, wagering must be completed within 7, 14 or 30 days from activation). If the requirement is not met within the applicable period, or if the Promotion ends, any unused bonus funds and associated winnings may be cancelled and removed from your Account.

Prohibited actions and bonus abuse

  • Restricted games and betting patterns Certain Games or bet types may be excluded from or restricted in relation to wagering requirements. The promotional terms may, for example, prohibit low-risk betting strategies, equal covering bets, very high volatility wagers, or bets exceeding a specified maximum stake per spin or game round while a Bonus is active. Use of prohibited games or patterns can result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.
  • Multiple accounts and collusion Creating multiple Accounts, sharing bonuses, colluding with others, or otherwise attempting to obtain an unfair advantage or exceed the intended value of any Promotion is not permitted. The Operator may withhold or reclaim bonuses and winnings, close Accounts and, where appropriate, notify regulators if it reasonably concludes that bonus abuse or promotional fraud has occurred.

Combining promotions

  • Non-cumulative offers Unless expressly stated otherwise, Promotions cannot be combined. Only one active welcome offer or core deposit bonus may be used at a time for the Dream Palace configuration on dreampalace.bet. If you attempt to accept multiple incompatible Promotions, the Operator may cancel one or more of them at its discretion.
  • Priority and conflicts If different Promotions apply to the same deposit or activity, the order of priority and any conflict between them will be resolved in favour of the Promotion that was most clearly and specifically accepted by you, subject to UK consumer protection law. You should always read the specific promotion terms carefully before opting in and retain copies for your records.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit methods and restrictions

  • Permitted payment methods Deposits for players using Dream Palace via dreampalace.bet may be made only through payment methods made available in the cashier interface and compliant with UKGC rules as at 2025. These may include certain debit cards and selected e-wallets or bank transfer providers. Credit cards (including credit card payments routed through e-wallets) are not permitted for gambling transactions by players in Great Britain. Cryptocurrencies are not currently accepted for such players.
  • Ownership and limits You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. The Operator may apply deposit limits, transaction limits and daily, weekly or monthly caps based on risk assessment, affordability considerations, regulatory obligations and responsible gambling tools configured by you or imposed by the Operator.

Withdrawals and processing times

  • Withdrawal procedures Subject to KYC, AML and responsible gambling checks, you may request withdrawal of available real-money balances through the cashier. The Operator will, where possible, pay withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits, or otherwise in accordance with legal and card scheme rules. The Operator aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe (for example, within a few Business Days), but exact times depend on verification status, internal risk checks and your payment provider.
  • Pending periods and reviews Withdrawals may remain pending while verification or source-of-funds checks are carried out, or where the Operator is assessing potential fraud, chargebacks, bonus abuse or other irregular activity. During such reviews, the Operator may suspend withdrawal processing and, if necessary, freeze all or part of your balance until the review is completed, acting reasonably and in accordance with regulatory obligations.

Fees, chargebacks and refunds

  • Fees and currency The Operator may charge reasonable fees for certain payment methods or currency conversions, which will be disclosed in the cashier or help pages. You are responsible for any fees or charges applied by your bank, card issuer or payment provider. Balances and transactions will normally be maintained in the currency indicated in your Account settings, and exchange rates for any conversion will be determined by the Operator or your payment provider.
  • Chargebacks and unpaid debts If you initiate a Chargeback or otherwise reverse a deposit, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, deduct the relevant amount and any associated costs from your balance, and recover any outstanding debt through lawful means. Bets placed and winnings generated from funds that are subject to a Chargeback may be cancelled, and the Operator may report Chargebacks to relevant authorities or credit reference agencies where permitted by law.
  • Refunds of bets and bonuses Refunds of completed bets or reversal of game outcomes are not generally available, except where required by law or where an error or malfunction has been identified in line with these Terms. If a Bonus has been used in breach of its conditions, the Operator may cancel the Bonus and associated winnings, but will not ordinarily affect your original deposits except to the extent necessary to resolve Chargebacks or recover undue gains.

Dormant accounts and remaining balances

  • Dormant status If your Account shows no logins or wagering activity for a prolonged period (for example, 12 consecutive months), it may be treated as dormant. The Operator will attempt to contact you using your last known contact details before any dormant account fees are applied or the Account is closed, in line with applicable UK rules as at 2025.
  • Closure and balance handling Where an Account is closed (by you or by the Operator), any remaining real-money balance will, where lawful and practicable, be returned to you using a suitable payment method, subject to completion of KYC and AML checks. Funds may be withheld, returned to a payment provider or disposed of in accordance with regulatory guidance where the Operator cannot reasonably verify your identity or lawfully return funds.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's obligations

  • Fairness and compliance The Operator undertakes to provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, to ensure that Games are operated fairly in accordance with their rules and the applicable licence conditions, and to comply with the requirements of the UKGC for players in Great Britain and the MGA for others. Independent testing laboratories may be used to certify RNGs and game fairness where relevant, and information about such testing may be made available upon request or via the Website.
  • Accuracy of information While the Operator takes reasonable steps to keep information on the Website accurate and up to date as at 2025, including terms, game information and promotional details, occasional errors or omissions may occur. In such cases, the Operator will seek to correct the information promptly and to act fairly in relation to any bets or Promotions affected by those errors.

Exclusions and limitations

  • Technical issues and downtime The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website or Games and is not liable for any failure, delay, interruption, loss of data or disconnection caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to failures of telecommunications, internet service providers, power supply, equipment or software not under its direct control.
  • Limitation of loss To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website and Services (whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise) shall be limited to the higher of: (i) the amount of your net deposits to the Account for Dream Palace on dreampalace.bet during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (ii) the amount of the single bet, wager or transaction giving rise to the relevant claim. The Operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss, such as loss of profits, opportunity, data or goodwill.
  • Non-excludable liability Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of content and software

  • Proprietary rights All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, including but not limited to software, code, databases, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, audio, video and other content, are owned by the Operator or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
  • Limited licence Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Operator grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Games for private entertainment purposes only, via your own devices and through the interfaces provided by the Operator.

Restrictions on use

  • No unauthorised copying You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, licence, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or its content without the Operator's prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by law.
  • Reverse engineering and scraping You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Website or Games, nor use any robot, spider, scraper, data mining tool or other automated means to access, retrieve or index the Website or its data for any purpose other than its intended personal use.

Privacy & Data Protection

Processing of personal data

  • Privacy policy The Operator processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, and its privacy policy, currently available at https://dreampalacecasino.com/privacy-policy/ (or any updated location linked from dreampalace.bet). That privacy policy explains in detail what information is collected, how it is used, the legal bases for processing, and your rights as a data subject.
  • Purposes of processing Personal data may be used for account administration, provision of the Services, KYC and AML checks, responsible gambling monitoring (including participation in GAMSTOP and other schemes), prevention of fraud and money laundering, handling of complaints and disputes, and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. Data may also be used for marketing purposes where permitted by law and where you have provided appropriate consent or have not opted out.

Changes to Terms

Amendments and notice

  • Right to update The Operator may amend these Terms and any related policies from time to time to reflect changes in law or regulation (including UKGC requirements as at and after 2025), best practice, product changes or business needs. The most current version will be made available on dreampalace.bet and may also refer to documents hosted on dreampalacecasino.com where applicable.
  • Methods of notification Where changes are material, the Operator will take reasonable steps to notify you in advance, for example by email, account message, or a prominent notice or banner on the Website. The notification will indicate the effective date of the updated Terms and highlight key changes.

Your acceptance of changes

  • Continued use By continuing to use the Website or Services after the effective date of any changes, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Services, close your Account and, where appropriate, request withdrawal of any remaining balance that you are lawfully entitled to receive.

Termination & Suspension

Closure by you

  • Voluntary closure You may close your Account for Dream Palace at any time by using the tools provided on the Website or by contacting customer support. Closure for responsible gambling reasons (including self-exclusion) will be implemented in accordance with safer gambling policies and may apply to other ProgressPlay Limited brands as required by regulation.

Suspension or closure by the Operator

  • Grounds for action The Operator may suspend or close your Account, restrict access to the Services, withhold Bonuses and/or freeze funds where it reasonably believes that: (i) you have breached these Terms or any applicable policy; (ii) you are under 18 or otherwise ineligible; (iii) you have engaged in fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse or other unlawful or improper conduct; (iv) you have initiated Chargebacks without valid justification; (v) required KYC or AML checks cannot be completed to its satisfaction; or (vi) it is required to do so by law, regulation or any competent authority.
  • Effect on funds Where your Account is suspended or closed, the Operator will, subject to regulatory requirements and its legal obligations, decide whether any remaining real-money balance should be paid out to you, withheld pending investigation, returned to a payment provider, or otherwise dealt with in accordance with law and regulatory guidance. Winnings may be cancelled where they are linked to behaviour that breaches these Terms or relevant regulations.

Notification and appeals

  • Informing you Where lawful and practicable, the Operator will inform you of the reason for suspension or closure and of any steps you may take to remedy the situation or to obtain further information. Some circumstances (for example, those involving AML or law enforcement) may limit the extent of information that can be provided.
  • Complaints If you disagree with a suspension or closure decision, you may raise a complaint in accordance with the complaints procedure described under Governing Law & Jurisdiction. Your complaint will be handled fairly, and you may further escalate unresolved disputes to the relevant ADR Provider.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable law

  • Players in Great Britain For players accessing Dream Palace via dreampalace.bet from Great Britain, these Terms and your relationship with the Operator are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that cannot be waived.
  • Players outside Great Britain For players outside Great Britain whose play may be governed by the Operator's MGA licence, additional or alternative terms may apply and local laws may confer different rights. This document is primarily tailored to UK requirements as at 2025 and may be supplemented by localised terms where appropriate.

Complaints and dispute resolution

  • Internal complaints process If you have a complaint about the Services, you should first contact customer support using the details provided on dreampalace.bet. The Operator will aim to acknowledge your complaint promptly and to resolve it as soon as reasonably practicable, generally within a timeframe consistent with UKGC expectations as at 2025. You should provide all relevant information to enable a thorough review.
  • ADR for UK players If, after completing the internal complaints process, your gambling-related complaint remains unresolved, you may refer it to the ADR Provider listed for ProgressPlay Limited on the UKGC public register (licence 39335) at the time of the dispute. Historic information indicates that IBAS (https://ibas-uk.com/) and/or CEDR have been referenced as ADR providers; however, the ADR provider currently shown on the UKGC register will prevail. ADR procedures are free for you to use and provide an independent assessment of your dispute.
  • Court proceedings You and the Operator agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services. This means that, where permitted by law, you may also bring an action in your local courts, and nothing in these Terms affects your right to raise matters with the UKGC or other regulators.
